A Measure of Stillness

This is the view from my studio, with St. Stephen’s Church spire in the distance with some of my bottles and jugs collected on the windowsill. You can see how the paint on the old metal window frames are peeling away.

This painting is unframed with the edges finished in black paint. A simple black float frame may be added if preferred (see additional images). The tray float frames I use are made from Obeche wood and provide a beautiful final touch to any artwork. Designed to have a 5mm shadow between the canvas/panel and the inner edge of the face, this allows you to see the edge of the panel and provides a floating effect.  Please email me for further details.
